SpecEmu startet with or without Adminrights uses different INI-File - Sugg.: INI File in SpecEmu-Dir

Hi,

when I start SpecEmu "as Administrator" or not "as Administrator" uses different SpecEmuWindow.ini-File in different locations:
C:\Windows\SpecEmuWindow.ini
or
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows\SpecEmuWindow.ini

This because of Windows UAC ( User Account Control - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_Account_Control ) and I start SpecEmu sometimes with and sometimes without Admin-Rights. So I sometimes "use the wrong SpecEmuWindow.ini".

Can the "INI to use" be specified from commandline or better: Can SpecEmu in future versions please reprogrammed to use an SpecEmuWindow.ini which is located in directory where SpecEmu.exe is.
