Getting stuff "out of the back end"

Does anyone know how to do this ?

What I mean is :There are lots of WOS library files with say two learning modules on one Tape side : lets call them Lesson 1 and Lesson 2. This whole tape side (with both Lessons) is usually saved as a single TZX file . The question I am asking it whether it is possible to access Lesson 2 (say normal header followed by code block) and resave it as a separate LESSON 2 file that can be accessed independently .The problem is that Lesson 1 loads first and effectively blocks out Lesson 2 - so that is my problem.

I have had a look at this with Spectaculator .I have checked the options avaialable but might have missed something It has saves to Disk and tape save options but I have not been able to work out how to save "this back end Lesson 2 bit" separately .I presume an extrication like this must be possible - as otherwise there would have been no point in saving the whole tape side as a single TZX entity . So it must be a pretty basic question ?But is it? Can anyone answer this question please?Thanks
